I believe that success in the rehab partnership stems from trust and open communication. It’s a team effort and I will be there by your side the whole way. Growing up I participated in a wide range of sports, but mainly I spent my time in the dance studio. After spending 20+ hours a week training through my youth, it only made sense to bring my love of dance and my passion for injury prevention together in my work as a Physiotherapist. I spent 4.5years as the head Physiotherapist at Canada’s National Ballet School and I’m excited to bring my expertise gained from treating more complicated foot, ankle and hip injuries to both dancers and all individuals with a broad range of activity goals.

She believes every person and injury is unique, and takes a whole-body, individualized approach to care — looking at the bigger picture to find the missing pieces of the puzzle.
